Refined and understated, this full-grain Italian vachetta leather case is designed for the iPhone 18 Pro, and made to age. The leather is vegetable-tanned in Tuscany with natural tannins, at a tannery that is a member of the Consorzio Vera Pelle Italiana Conciata al Vegetale and certified against the Leather Working Group Standard. The colour is dyed through, running the full depth of the hide. With daily use it burnishes at the edges, deepens in tone, and takes on a soft sheen where your hand rests: a patina that is yours alone. No two age alike.
A precision-milled metal camera frame and a bespoke Camera Control Button sit flush against the leather, while a luxury microfibre lining shields your iPhone from micro-scratches. MagSafe-ready with N52SH high-strength magnets, it aligns precisely with chargers, wallets, car mounts and stands. There is no need to remove the case to charge.

Vegetable-tanned vachetta develops a patina: a gradual deepening of colour and sheen unique to how you carry it. In the first weeks, the surface softens and the edges begin to burnish. The quality of the leather is good…….but……the flap to keep the cover closed isn’t quite long enough to keep it closed when you have cards in the allocated slots. I have 4 cards in and the photo shows what happens. I am not sending it back because I have thrown my old cover away and will put up with it.
