What type of leather do you use?
Our cases are crafted from two carefully selected Italian leathers. The Timeless Luxe Collection features full-grain nappa, aniline-finished at a Leather Working Group Gold-rated tannery in Italy: smooth, consistent, and designed to hold its look over time. The Vintage Luxe Collection uses full-grain vachetta, vegetable-tanned in Tuscany, that develops a rich, natural patina with daily use. Casebellé is a member of Leather Working Group, and 100% of our leather is purchased from LWG-certified tanneries.
Are these cases MagSafe compatible?
Yes. Every Casebelle iPhone case features precision-aligned built-in N52SH-grade magnets for seamless MagSafe charging, wallet attachment, and accessory compatibility.
How durable are your cases?
Every case features a 1.15 mm raised screen lip and 1.8 mm camera bumper to keep your screen and lenses off flat surfaces, reinforced corners for added resilience at the most vulnerable points, and a soft microfibre lining that keeps the back of your phone free from scratches, crafted for dependable everyday durability against scratches, scuffs, and surface contact.
Can I personalise my case?
Absolutely. Choose hot-stamped embossing in gold foil, silver foil, or blind emboss, up to 4 uppercase characters, pressed into the leather for a refined, personal touch. Select your personalisation on the product page before adding to cart.
What is your returns and warranty policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for items returned unused and in original packaging. Additionally, your case is backed by a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty covering all manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.
How long does shipping take?
At Casebellé, we offer FREE UK Mainland Shipping (2 to 3 working days) on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, standard delivery is £3.99, with Express Delivery (1 to 2 working days) available for £7.99.
United States: FREE Standard Tracked Priority (5 to 7 working days) on orders over $60, or $6.99 under $60. UPS Express (2 to 3 working days) available for $18. Europe: Standard Delivery (3 to 5 working days) is €4.99, and FREE on orders over €50. Rest of the World: Standard Delivery (7 to 12 working days) is £7.49, and FREE on orders over £55.
Orders placed by 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, excluding Bank Holidays.
