How long does shipping take?
UK orders typically arrive within two to four business days. US and international orders usually take five to ten business days depending on the destination. Exact shipping estimates are shown at checkout.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and most European countries. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
No. Casebelle is an online-only brand. All orders are shipped directly to your address.
How is my order packaged?
Every Casebelle product arrives in a signature rigid box with branded tissue wrap and a soft velvet pouch - ready to gift or keep for yourself. No additional gift wrapping is needed.
Returns & Exchanges
All questions regarding returning your items, exchanging products, and our refund policy.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition with packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email hello@casebelle.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions. Refunds are processed within five to seven business days of receiving the item. If you would prefer an exchange for a different colour or model, let us know and we can arrange it.
I ordered the wrong phone model - can I exchange my case?
Yes. Email hello@casebelle.co.uk with your order number and the correct phone model. We will provide a return address for the original case and ship the correct one as soon as possible.
Products & Materials

What type of leather does Casebelle use?
We use different premium leathers across our collections. For iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 series, the Timeless Luxe collection uses Nappa full-grain leather, while the Vintage Luxe collection uses vegetable-tanned leather. For iPhone 17 series, the Timeless Luxe collection uses Italian Nappa full-grain leather, and the Vintage Luxe collection uses vegetable-tanned full-grain leather. All leathers are sourced from a Leather Working Group Gold-rated tannery.
What is the difference between Timeless Luxe and Vintage Luxe?
Timeless Luxe cases use Nappa leather that maintains a smooth, polished appearance. Vintage Luxe cases use vegetable-tanned leather that softens and develops a unique patina over time — each case ages differently. Both collections share the same precision-milled metal camera frame, N52SH MagSafe magnets, and luxury microfibre lining.
Is Casebelle leather genuine or synthetic?
Every Casebelle leather case is made from genuine full-grain leather - the highest grade available. We do not use bonded leather, synthetic leather, PU leather, or leather-coated plastic.
What protection does the case provide?
Raised bezels around both the screen and camera module keep glass off flat surfaces. The camera lenses are protected by a precision-milled metal frame. Screen lip height is 1.15 mm, bumper thickness is 1.8 mm, and backplate thickness is 2.3 mm. A luxury microfibre lining shields against micro-scratches and dust.
Which iPhone models do Casebelle cases fit?
We currently offer leather cases for iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and iPhone 15 Pro.
Do you make cases for Samsung Galaxy phones?
Yes. We offer premium Italian Nappa leather cases for Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, S26+, S26, S25 Ultra, S25+, S25, S24 Ultra, S24+, and S24. All Samsung cases include MagSafe-compatible N52SH magnets.
MagSafe & Compatibility
All questions regarding MagSafe functionality and device compatibility with our products.
Are Casebelle cases MagSafe compatible?
Yes. Every Casebelle iPhone leather case and Samsung Galaxy S24, S25, and S26 leather case is built with N52SH high-grade magnets for strong, precise alignment with MagSafe chargers, wallets, car mounts, and stands. Wireless charging works without removing the case.
Does the case have a Camera Control Button?
Cases for iPhone 17 and iPhone 16 series include a dedicated, flush-mounted Camera Control Button. Press once to open the camera, slide to zoom, and press again to shoot. Cases for iPhone 15 series do not include this feature.
Will the case fit with a camera lens protector installed?
Yes. Our cases are designed to accommodate standard aftermarket camera lens protectors. If you have concerns about a specific protector, contact us before ordering.
Does the MagSafe wallet attach to the leather phone case?
Yes. The Casebelle MagSafe Kickstand Wallet uses N52SH magnets and attaches directly to the back of any Casebelle leather case or any MagSafe-compatible case.
Personalisation
All questions regarding customising your product with names, initials, or special designs.
Do you offer personalisation?
Yes. We offer embossing on select leather products. You can emboss uppercase letters only (A–Z), along with a few symbols (♡ ☆ & .). The maximum is four characters. Numbers and special characters are not available.
What embossing colour options are available?
We offer three finishes: gold foil, silver foil, and blind embossing (plain, with no colour — the letters are pressed directly into the leather for a subtle, tactile impression).
Can I change my personalisation after placing an order?
Yes. If you need to update your embossing before your order ships, email hello@casebelle.co.uk with your order number and the new initials or symbols you would like.
I selected personalisation but it did not add to my order - what should I do?
Occasionally a technical glitch may prevent the personalisation details from coming through at checkout. Email hello@casebelle.co.uk with your order number and the initials or symbols you would like. We will add it at no extra charge.
Leather Care
All questions regarding caring for, cleaning, and maintaining your leather products.
How do I care for my leather case?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, use a lightly damp cloth and allow the case to air-dry naturally. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, and direct heat. For long-term conditioning, we offer an All Natural Leather Care Balm.
Will my leather case change colour over time?
Timeless Luxe (Nappa) cases are finished to maintain a consistent appearance. Vintage Luxe (vegetable-tanned) cases are designed to develop a natural patina - the leather softens, deepens in colour, and gains character with daily use. Both are signs of genuine, high-quality leather.
My case is showing marks or scuffs - is this normal?
Some surface marking is natural with genuine full-grain leather, especially lighter colours. The Vintage Luxe collection is designed to patina over time, while Timeless Luxe is more resistant to marking. Regular use of our Leather Care Balm helps maintain the leather. If you believe the wear is excessive, contact hello@casebelle.co.uk with photos and your order number.

What wallet products do you offer?
We offer two styles. The MagSafe Kickstand Leather Wallet attaches magnetically to any MagSafe-compatible phone, holds up to six cards across three slots plus a dedicated ID window, and includes a built-in adjustable kickstand. The 2-in-1 Detachable Leather Wallet Case is a full phone case with a magnetically detachable wallet folio.
How many cards does the MagSafe wallet hold?
Up to six cards across three dedicated card slots and one ID window with a clear panel. The slots are intentionally snug so cards stay secure on the move.

Do you work with influencers or content creators?

Do you have an affiliate programme?
Yes. Our affiliate programme is managed through UpPromote. You can apply directly through the affiliate sign-up page on our website. Approved affiliates earn commission on every sale referred through their unique link. We welcome bloggers, reviewers, and content creators of all sizes.
What are the benefits of the affiliate programme?
Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link, competitive commission on every sale, and access to product images and brand assets. There is no minimum audience size to apply we value authentic recommendations from creators who genuinely appreciate the product.
