- Free Standard Delivery (2 to 3 working days): on all orders over £30.
- Standard Delivery (2 to 3 working days): £3.99 for orders under £30.
- Express Delivery (1 to 2 working days): £7.99.
United States
- Free Standard Delivery (3 to 6 working days): on all orders over $100.
- Standard Delivery (3 to 6 working days): $6.99 for orders under $100.
Europe (Euro countries)
- Free Standard Delivery (3 to 5 working days): on all orders over €50.
- Standard Delivery (3 to 5 working days): €4.99 for orders under €50.
All duties and VAT for EU deliveries are included in your purchase, so there are no surprise charges on arrival.
Europe (Non-Euro countries)
For Czechia, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Sweden:
- Free Standard Delivery (3 to 5 working days): on all orders over £45.
- Standard Delivery (3 to 5 working days): £4.99 for orders under £45.
Rest of the World
- Free Standard Delivery (7 to 12 working days): on all orders over £55.
- Standard Delivery (7 to 12 working days): £7.49 for orders under £55.
Dispatch Policy
All orders placed by 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, with the exception of Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 pm or during Bank Holidays are processed on the next working day.

How do I return or exchange a product?
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for products returned in their unused, original condition:
- Leather Products (Timeless and Vintage Collections):
You can return items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty. - Non-Leather Products:
All non-leather products are eligible for returns within 30 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@casebelle.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

Is there a warranty on Casebellé products?
Yes, All the Casebellé products are covered by limited time warranty!
All Products: Covered by a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty for any manufacturing defects.
Note:The warranty applies only to full-priced items
Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
Before Dispatch:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@casebelle.co.uk. If we can intercept the order before it is dispatched, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
After Dispatch:
If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it to us for a refund following our return process.
