These terms are applicable to both the Timeless Leather and Vintage Leather Collections as well as our Non-Leather Products.
Leather Products - Timeless and Vintage Collections
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your leather case, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original condition, including packaging.
- 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty: All leather products from our Timeless and Vintage Collections are covered under a 3-year warranty, protecting you against any manufacturing defects.
Personalised Leather Goods: Please note that any leather products that have been personalised, customized, or modified specifically for you are non-refundable unless they are found to be faulty.
To initiate a return or exchange, kindly contact us at hello@casebelle.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for the return. Please be aware that you are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty products.
Non-Leather Products
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For non-leather products such as our Crystal Clear collection or Screen Protectors, we offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their unused, original condition with complete packaging.
- 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty: Non-leather products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty, ensuring protection against any manufacturing defects within the first year of use.
Please ensure the items are well-packaged to avoid any damage during transit, as we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for items that arrive damaged due to improper packing.

Cancellation Terms
We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible:
- Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@casebelle.co.uk. If we can intercept the order before it is dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process as outlined above. Upon receiving the returned items in their original condition, we will process a refund.
Please note that once your order has passed the shipping time, it cannot be edited or modified. To ensure a successful cancellation, prompt communication is essential.

What are the shipping options for UK orders?
- Free Fast UK Mainland Shipping: We offer free shipping on all UK mainland orders over £30.
- Standard Delivery: Orders under £30 are subject to a £3.99 delivery charge.
- Premium Express Delivery: Expedited delivery is available starting from £7.99.
Dispatch Policy:
Orders placed by 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, excluding Bank Holidays.

European Shipping:
Standard delivery: £9.99
(2 to 11 business days).
Premium express delivery: £14.99
(3 to 7 business days).
Rest of the World Shipping:

How do I return or exchange a product?
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for products returned in their unused, original condition:
- Leather Products (Timeless and Vintage Collections):
You can return items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty. - Non-Leather Products:
All non-leather products are eligible for returns within 30 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@casebelle.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

Is there a warranty on Casebellé products?
Yes, All the Casebellé products are covered by limited time warranty!
All Products: Covered by a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty for any manufacturing defects.

Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
Before Dispatch:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@casebelle.co.uk. If we can intercept the order before it is dispatched, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
After Dispatch:
If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it to us for a refund following our return process.
